These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, through any mobile device, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the "website") and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the privacy statement).

Making a booking with us:

Your booking will only be considered as a confirmed booking when Sharing Holidays Ltd. issues, a confirmation voucher referring to the relevant booking reference number, Sharing Holidays Ltd. will only do this when it receives payment in full. Before you book and before you travel it is also your responsibility to ensure that you and all those traveling with you have a valid passport and any necessary visa and that you have obtained any necessary vaccinations to gain entry to any country you are visiting. It can often take some time to obtain a passport or visa and therefore you should apply well in advance. In peak periods it is advisable to allow at least 4 weeks. Sharing Holidays Ltd. recommends that you check passport/visa requirements with the embassy or consulate of the country you intend to visit. Sharing Holidays Ltd. will have no liability to you if you or any member of your party travels without the correct passport and visa or without the necessary vaccinations. The time prior to your travel and until your booking is accepted by Sharing Holidays Ltd., the company depends on the supplier of the hotel accommodation or other travel component/s you require. Bookings for accommodation require at least one full name for each room. Please check your details carefully before you book as incorrect or incomplete details may result in the booking being cancelled. You may also be charged a fee to cover any resulting administration costs incurred by Sharing Holidays Ltd. trying to amend or cancel any bookings made on your behalf. Sharing Holidays Ltd. reserves the right to refuse, at its sole discretion, any booking you seek to make.

Prices:

Price may increase any time prior to your full settlement of the costs and fees associated with your booking. You will be liable to pay any such increases in full if you have not completed the entire process. Prices are shown in Euro €. 

Purchases or Booking:

Sharing Holidays Ltd. accepts payment by Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in Euro for its products and services. All online booking is also governed by the terms and conditions of respective merchant service providers. Please review respective merchant service provider’s user agreement and privacy policy before entering any transaction. Interpretation these Terms of Use supersede all other written and oral communications or agreements with regard to the subject matters discussed in these Terms of Use. A waiver or modification of these Terms of Use will only be effective if made in writing signed by an authorized officer of Sharing Holidays Ltd. All refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.

Payment Terms:

Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Payment should be made through Sharing Holidays Ltd. by credit card, SWIFT transfer or deposited amount with us.

Refund Policy:

If booking was cancelled or payment failed due to some technical reason, we have to return the paid amount. Those fully take place by the Bank. So, we take care of the refund policy and will proceed to the bank as an immediate action, The bank will refund your amount to your account itself the expected refund time is between 7 to 20 working days. If you having deposited amount in Sharing Holidays Ltd.  and you used those for booking, when you cancel the booking those are made by deposited with Sharing Holidays Ltd. that amount will be refunded to your account within 1 to 7 working days.

Information Accuracy:

Descriptions of accommodation, facilities, and services (including, but not limited to, star rating information provided on Sharing Holidays Ltd. website) are based on information obtained from suppliers. Please note that suppliers describe accommodation, facilities, and services using varying terminology. For example, some suppliers may describe a room with two separate beds as a “Deluxe room “where other suppliers may describe the same room as a "double room". If you are unsure about a description displayed on Sharing Holidays website, please contact Sharing Holidays travel consultants who will provide you with the clarification to your query. Sometimes the facilities described will be withdrawn for reasons such as maintenance, bad weather or lack of demand from guests. Where suppliers advise Sharing Holidays Ltd. about significant changes to descriptions or about the withdrawal of any significant facility, Sharing Holidays Ltd. will tell you as soon as possible. Some activities or facilities, water-sports for example, may not be available all year round. There may be a charge for some facilities, for example, TV, safety deposit boxes, sun-loungers, parasols, tennis courts, pool tables and air-conditioning. In some places during high season (and even at other times) there is a possibility you will be disturbed by noise from less considerate groups, so please bear this in mind when choosing your destination and accommodation. Any transfer times Sharing Holidays Ltd. quotes for travel between airport and resort are approximate and, depending on circumstances, the journey time to your own chosen property may be longer.

Your Account:

If you use sharingholidays.com Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account from any devices, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. The Site shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in connection with, your failure to comply with this section.

Office Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Sanctioned Countries:

Sharing Holidays Ltd. will not trade with or provide any services to individuals and companies owned or controlled by or acting for or on behalf of, OFAC targeted countries AND individuals, groups and entities, such as terrorists and narcotics traffickers designated under the OFAC programs that are not country-specific.

Representations by you:

By visiting the Site, you represent, warrant and covenant that (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) that all materials of any kind submitted by you to Sharing Holidays Ltd. through the Site or for inclusion on the Site will not plagiarize, violate or infringe upon the rights of any third-party including trade secret, copyright, trademark, trade dress, privacy, patent, or other personal or proprietary rights. The customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not registers as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

Viruses, hacking and other offenses:

You must not misuse our Site by knowingly introducing viruses, Trojans, worms, logic bombs, spiders or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Site, the server on which our Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our Site. You must not attack our Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offense under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our Site will cease immediately. We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of our Site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
